Bunting Hire Terms

BUNTING HIRE AGREEMENT
between Devon Bunting and the client.

Bunting hire is inclusive of cleaning and delivery

Return carriage is the responsibility of the client; and is to be returned by recorded delivery or royal mail special delivery, please ensure you obtain a receipt when posting in case of loss, late posting/arrival could result in the loss of some or all of your deposit.

50% of the hire fee is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. This will not normally be refunded should you cancel unless we are able to hire out the bunting to another client.

Confirmation emails will be sent regarding payments, booking dates etc, please check these carefully.

A separate deposit cheque will be required, but not cashed, in case of lost or damage to the bunting. This will be returned to you once the bunting has been received back in good condition. This amount will be equal to the hire charge.

Minimum hire charge £30

Rental period is 4 days, please return the bunting folded and packed as delivered, we will dispatch the bunting to you at the earliest possible time which may exceed the 4 days but this will be at no extra charge to yourselves.

Late returns could affect other clients bookings, therefore the late return fee will be deducted from your deposit.

You shall be responsible and indemnify us against all loss or damage caused to or by the bunting from whatever cause arising.

Consumer Credit Act 1974
It is agreed and declared that this agreement falls outside the consumer credit act 1974.
